Right off of Wanfujing we passed this place a couple of times then ate a quick late morning meal there. I was attracted to the place because we could watch the staff actually make the dumplings in an enclosed area. It was fascinating to watch them make those tiny, perfect, pleats in just a flash. Maybe we didn't know what to roder but the actual dumplings were so-so. We also got a cold bean dish that was O.K. also. Am going back to Beijing in a couple more weeks and doubt I'll return. There are so many restaurants to try why go back to a so-so place?
